Connecticut Children's Law Line: The Law Line is a free legal resource that helps callers understand the legal processes that involve children such as custody, guardianship, visitation, and abuse and neglect. True Colors, Inc served the Hartford area community in providing LGBTQ+ support to youth and families since 1992. However, True Colors recently announced that they will be closing services by the end of 2021. You can still access their comprehensive resource guide here.
